1. Who we are
This service is operated by the Coachwise team ("Coachwise", "we", "us"). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at the address in the Contact section below.
2. Data we collect

- Email verification status and basic account settings.
Health and tracking data you enter
- Bloodwork and lab results you choose to add.
- Symptoms, sleep, diet, habits, and other metrics you track.
- Protocols, targets, and notes you create.
This information is provided by you voluntarily and only when you choose to enter it. You are always in control of what you add.

3. How we use your data
- To provide the core service: storing your entries and generating your personal health insights, trends, and recommendations.
- To operate AI assistant features that help interpret your data.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To communicate with you about your account, the beta, and important updates.
- To maintain, debug, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health data for advertising.
4. AI features and third parties
Some features rely on trusted third party providers to function. When you use the AI assistant or related analysis features, the relevant content may be processed by a third party AI provider solely to generate your response. We share only what is needed for the feature to work, and we do not permit these providers to use your data to train their models where that option is available to us.
We also rely on standard service providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. For beta distribution on iOS, the app is delivered through Apple TestFlight, which is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database with strict separation between users. Access is protected by authentication, and we apply technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry standard practices.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your tracked data from within the app at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. Many actions, such as editing or deleting your entries, can also be done directly inside the app.
8. Children
Coachwise is not intended for use by children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Medical disclaimer
Coachwise is a self tracking and information tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified health professional regarding any medical questions.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
